Mattresses

The Technogel® mattress cover comes with a standard 2-year warranty.

The Technogel® mattress core has an extended warranty against hidden defects.

Warranty periods range from 15 to 20 years. This extended warranty begins upon delivery and covers hidden manufacturing defects and material flaws.

During the first 10 years (5 years for Estasi and Levante), a full warranty covers all repair, replacement, and transportation costs. However, if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate to the product’s value, an alternative form of compensation may be offered, such as replacement with an equivalent product or a voucher.

After the full warranty period has expired, normal wear and tear and depreciation will be taken into account.

Pillows

The Technogel® pillow cover has a standard warranty period of 2 years .

The core of the Technogel® cushions is covered by a 3-year warranty against latent defects.

The warranty will be void if the mattress or pillow is mistreated or misused, or used in an insufficiently ventilated or damp space, causing mold to form.

When using the mattress on a slatted base, the space between the slats must be no more than 2.5 cm and it must be in perfect condition. A spring base must not exhibit metal fatigue due to age. A box spring must not show any sagging. Wear or discoloration of upholstery covers and threads. Urine, blood stains, or other visible soiling are also not covered by the warranty.  

A loss of 15% height or 20% firmness of the mattress core is within the tolerances of normal wear and tear.

Through use, quilting materials in the mattress cover can become permanently compressed to up to 65% of their initial thickness. Naturally, these normal changes are not covered by the warranty.

No guarantee can be given subsequently for any visible defects found upon receipt of your mattress or pillow.

If your mattress or pillow needs to be replaced or repaired, the warranty period will not be extended.

If you believe you are entitled to this warranty, please contact your purchasing branch. Don’t forget your receipt and any photographic evidence!
